How can I view my sales and see which products are included?

In the introductory email, you’ll receive a link to log in to your account, where you’ll be able to view your sales. Our Refer & Earn is only Valid on referred purchases of our VIP Package; no discounts can be used on the referred order to qualify for the Earnings from the program (e.g.. School joint purchases)

How will I get paid?

Payments to your PayPal email will be once quarterly. If you have made commissions, the first week of the new quarter you'll receive the amount. Please make sure you've included the information on the appropriate payout method.

What if I make a referral and doesn’t appear up?

It typically takes1-2 business days for the sale to appear on your account. If the sale had a “discount” at checkout. Make sure your friend clicks your link and completes the purchase through the link they clicked. If it’s still not working, please email [email protected] with a screenshot of the checkout screen.

What can I do to make more sales?

Some best practices and tips to make sure you’re doing the most:

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Referral Program! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

Our Referral Program, also referred to as the “Refer-a-Friend,” “Ambassador,” or “Affiliate” Program, allows participants to earn rewards by referring friends, family, or followers to our services.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older to join.
Participants must create an account with accurate information to enroll in the program.
The program is available to individuals only (You may work for one, but no businesses or organizations without prior written approval).

3. Referral Process

Each participant will receive a unique referral link/code upon enrollment.
To qualify for rewards, referred individuals must complete the specified action (e.g., sign up, make a purchase) using the referral link & code.
Self-referrals or fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

4. Rewards

Rewards are outlined in the program details (e.g., discounts, credits, or monetary compensation).
Discounts cannot be combined at the time of purchase.
Rewards are granted only after the referred individual’s action is confirmed (e.g., purchase verified, service rendered).
Unless otherwise specified, rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged and can only be issued to the person on the account.
Rewards balances are paid out completely once per quarter.

5. Program Responsibilities

Participants (referred to as Ambassadors, Affiliates, or Referrers) are responsible for sharing their referral links lawfully, ethically, and respectfully.
Misrepresentation of the program, spamming, or misleading claims will result in removal from the program.

6. Termination and Modifications

We reserve the right to terminate or modify the program, its terms, or the rewards at any time without prior notice.
If the program is terminated, rewards pending fulfillment at the time of termination will be honoured unless disqualified by other terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any technical errors, interruptions, or failures affecting the tracking of referrals or distribution of rewards.
By participating, you release us from any claims related to your participation in the program.

8. Privacy

By joining, participants agree that our Privacy Policy may use their information.
The information of referred individuals will also be protected under our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

This program and its terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
